What didn't make the cut...

One of the items on my "to do" list is to organize, archive then delete photos from my computer. As I was going through my photos, I realized there were several projects, that for whatever reason, didn't make it to my blog yet. So, for your viewing pleasure, and possibly inspiration...
Tangled tag
And the flip side
Alcohol ink examples of how they started

Gift wrap drawing on a particularly wet day
Drawing (card) for a Spider-Man fan
Playing with Zenith

Dew drops, Meer and Fracas
Spiral is stamp by Dewey, Inkum & Howe (Spiral 4) and I added a Shattuck ribbon
Man-O-Man with a stamped image over it by Magenta. Calligraphy stamp unknown.
Making connections
More tangles preparing for classes

Inked with Cuttlebug embossing folder then tangled
Oooh, sparkle!
More pears for a card (stamp by A Stamp in the Hand

W2 background for a card
Stamps by Inkadinkado (flower head), Penny Black (sentiment) & Stampendous (background)
Another box for tiles (dies by Spellbinders)

An exploding box for inchies
I don't know the maker of this transparent stamp set
Another card background using W2 (leaf stamp by Inkadinkado)
So, yes, I successfully postponed computer cleanup. :-)

Have a great week!

"We've all got light and dark inside us.....

...What matters is the part we choose to act on. That's who we really are. " J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Preparing for black tile classes this month:
Maryhill, take 1.
Maryhill take 2. (Same tile, color added on top of white)
Maryhill take 3. (Colored pencil direct to black)
Fassett and Phroz on a particularly frosty morning.
And, YEAH, my black Bijou tiles arrived! Tangles: Huggins (freeform), Orlique and Pinch.

So yes, I guess I'm choosing to act on my dark side! But in a good way!

Hey, it's a Lauraknot!

In honor of I Am The Diva's 5th birthday and challenge #249, I created an Auraknot Divadance duotangle and added a little rounding. But, I like to call it, a Lauraknot!
I used the negative from a die cut (Spellbinders Nestabilities series) using it as a stencil then spritzing it with LuminArte shimmering mist in golden bamboo before tangling.
Perhaps you get a slight glimpse of the shimmery color.

Remembery

"... so Grandpa turned the rusty latchkey of his magnificent remembery and set free a symphony of stories." Glenda Millard, The Duck and the Darklings.

What you may see as lichen and moss: Verdigogh with touches of 'Nzeppel; Copic cool gray Multiliner, brown Sakura Pigma Micron, Ranger Distress inks, Cretacolor monolith and General's white charcoal on a Zentangle® Rennaisance tile.

Pictures from my walk after a recent windstorm.
